So you applied for the extract copy? I lost my birth cert some years ago and also got an extract. But it wont look exactly the same as what we used to have...anyway, better than not having a cert...

The birth cert is now at home but I usually put it in the safe. Don't know if we still need the cert for the actual registration. :scratchhead:

bigsnoopy, need to have original documents at the point of registration and a copy for the school to keep. confirm, double confirm :- p coz i called the school to check
