No one knows about the COV situation until you are really buying a unit , HDB. yours truly for example, I wasn’t aware it was such a disgusting market of COV for HDB.

MPs, if they are staying in condo, they might be clueless, just my 2 cents.

hmm...how can the MP dun know the hot topic on COV. i also hope that property price will drop a bit. personally i prefer bigger units. wrote to HDB to propose to them to resume building of EA and Jumbo. but they nvr consider leh.

bigger units a bit hard IMO... I love EM but from the housing agent, it seems that people rather buy condo than EM due to the pricing...

I asked my dad to stay with me but he dun wan. He prefers to sleep at his own place. He keeps a few arowanas so he needs to feed them regularly. He takes about 45 mins to travel to my place in the morning. Really feel bad but he refused to sleep over...what to do? :sad:

i'm in love with jumbos :love: ...5 bdrooms. shiok. my friend's place is ard 175sqm. huge.

Wow, less than $400k! That's a good price! The ones I was looking at were asking for about $600k (including $50k COV).
