now i'm more kan chiong is that hw long will ICA take to issue DH his temp IC cos i know actual IC takes 1 month to process...

told DH to tell ICA need ic for pri 1 registration next week...

but sama sama lah... i thought i lost my DS's birthcert too the last time... search high & low for it...ransacked the whole hse... DH thought i doing spring cleaning.. :faint: then realised i put into the wrong file... phew
