My dad and DH are worried about injuries. My DS1 is not keen on any martial arts for now so just let him be.
let them learn tennis better.. hee.. or swimming (low impact) -

Hb is black belt & keen for DS to take up TKD, but we din go look for classes. Hb also waiting for the right time to train DS on running.

Must be very painful for you.
I let my DS1 learn swimming. Feel that this is a must learn skill for all kids. Other than that, I will leave it to him to decide what he wants to learn in future.
