well, balloting process is transparent. but if unsuccessful yet still in also can. who knows she might be the 1st few on the waiting list (but any one knows what no. they are on the waiting list for all schools? so got push up or push down no one knows). -

i tot Nanyang ballot is for everyone … starting from <1km, then 1-2km, then >2km.

This time got easily 15 of them within 1km...some pv who has confirmed seat in other school did not apply even though they are within 1km -
