postpet:
:welcome: postpet!Hi, i am new to the forum. Was surfing a did 1-2 posting on the other threads on pre-nursery. My DS (1st one) is a dec baby so i think mine's the youngest here. Cannot crawl yet....
Wanted to know if all parents here have enrolled their 2010 baby to some form of pre-nursery? I have not....was on waitlist for Nanyang kindy and planning to enroll in newton kindy when it open for registration next year...
hihi, mine is the dajie... but no, i haven't reg her in anything yet. although she's hitting 18mth soon, and I'm thinking of Montessori. I think I've checked out all the Monte schools within 5km of my house le. haha. Even more hardworking than my boys' Pr sch, cos theirs, I reg them in all the within 2km one.
for me, when they are young, distance is very impt. and i live in a far flung place, so cannot queue at places like Newton or Nanyang.

Kabalevsky… it’s because it’s a new toy.
He already had his hands on two male figurines.
Now he’s opening up to playing dollies plus I do find that
with maturity (meaning as the husbands grow older) … their affection
for babies is different. More tolerant mebbe? More exciting as they’re more able
to savour these bb moments now that they’re more stable in their careers n happier as
the man of the house?
Or just a nice rekindling of those times when a baby rushes to the door to greet
daddy when he’s back… which wasn’t so cute before with the first two, when they
had to work their asses off to climb the corporate ladder back then? -

it's good though, that the moment he returns home i get to quickly palm her off to him. and he savours every moment, won't want to return her to me so quickly.
i get to do what i want to do then, like typing this now on KSP. haha -

She just have this geniune passion. My DD1 wants to become a Principal becos of her. She cried during last year's graduation concert. She trust the kids to do what they should do. For example, in the previous school the teachers will be offstage guiding the kids on their performance. But this one, no teachers in sight, except for the 2yos becos some have stage fright (they are from the cc side, but now only kindy). They just let the kids do their thing on stage.
wah, you like the directress so much? can share why?SAHM_TAN:
My bb will follow her siblings' kindy if the management remains the same. If the directress move, I will follow her to the next kindy she decides to go

She let them be independent, they also can tell she trusts them and they will exceed her expectations because of her faith in them.

awwww.... so nice that your dd wants to be a P too! shows how much she looks up to her![/quote]Think it's true. Becos my DS's teacher called me before the concert to ask me to find out why my boy refused to dance. They were sure he knew the steps but refuse to dance at each rehearsal.
DS at that time just turned 3yos not too long, also cannot really tell me much :rotflmao:
I told the teacher just let him be and that I will not be too bothered if he just stand there :rotflmao:
Surprise, surprise, on the day of the concert, he danced
The directress and teachers were surprised too. They sent him out there hopping for the best, though they were a bit worried. :rotflmao: -
SAHM_TAN:
wah, they took the right approach hor? and you also very cool and confident. good mommy! i think possibly if force him, the results would be worse. great that it ended so well!
