Kaypoh a bit...how many places up for grabs in Pei Hwa ?for popular schools, chances of getting in via pv if you are living more than 2km away is almost zero.
for not so popular schools, still have a chance.
so it is up to the parents to decide.
Son told me Science lab has many chairs set up...should be for balloting since 2B is already closed. -

glad i dont have to worry anymore. when my grandchildren (if any), then that will be my kids and their spouses’ problem. -
