Aniwae, on the note of pocket money...

My humble sharings...

My DD gets two ten cent coins extra
daily, for phone calls. During her 1st
few months in P1, i let her know she
can call me anytime during recess if
she needs to or wants to... It keeps
her assured that mummy's here for
her... for anything... everytime. :hugs:

But a word of caution tho.. Cos after
a while, the conversation is the same
every other day... :lol:... But still....
nevertheless, i enjoy getting calls
from her each time!

I also tell her never to use the calling
money other than for calling. ie.cannot
spend it for other things apart from
making calls. So it's also like
emergency money.

That's what my mum used to do when
i was young too....always had extra two
ten cents coin for public phone.....

I will also learn to put two ten cents into
my kiddo's bag for emergency use....

Yes, thanks for the advice. Me also thinking, if possible I still can apply for school transfer after her exam, if there is vacancy. My younger one is 2 years old, so still have 3 more years prior to her P1 registration.

If u decided to go for active community member, do remember the 1 year criteria. That is u have to serve at least one year after your confirmation as an active member. Don blur blur like my husband.
