My neighbour whose child is a year older than my child mention to me last year they went through balloting for unity. We stay less than 1km away from unity. But i'm not sure last year remaining figures for phase 2C.

Last year, Yew Tee has less available seats at Phase 2C then Unity. This year, they are on par.

No, only 1 school at a time. Are you registering in P2C? If so, you can monitor on the first day of registration to see the chances you have. But at any one time, only registration at 1 school only. Only during balloting will you get an edge over PR which is having 2 names in the box compared to PR's which has only 1.
