She's in Pri 1 this year. Hmm... not sure if she took the Primary or the Grade 1 exam.

Btw, do you have any specific requirements in mind? Might help to narrow down your search.

And I wonder if a 6 year old going to be (7 yo next year) too late to learn ballet now?

6 yo is not late. My DD is 7yo and she is in Grade 2. Most of the girls in her class are 8yo, some 9yo and even have 1 that is 10yo.

Grade 1 is tough for beginner. Should let the teacher assess and decide.

Hi Serendipity, I think their prices are quite reasonable as compared to other dance school. They are quite flexible. They allow make up class. And they do not incurr extra charges for any extra classes. They'll make sure your kid is ready for exam.

Do you mean you don’t need to pay additional fees for exam coaching classes at DancePointe?? Thought most schools charge additional for coaching.

You still pay for the exam coaching classes by term basis. Any extra classes beyond the term they will not charge. For my DD’s case, this year exam was in mid April. Coaching classes supposed to end in Mar but they still go on until before exam without any extra charges.

SAHM2Kids, can i ask, if DD take the grading, beside normal term fees, we need to top up one more mth of term fees right? i din ask to the details, but i just ask the lady there at dancepointe, she said something like that.. so since ur DD already in this, might as well verify with u
