Mandarin, we are supposed to meet with the P tmr in LT1. And if all goes well (the admin staff’s exact words), the P would hand us the documents. Is this arrangement the same for you and your boy?

So strange to say \"if all goes well\". They've already confirmed your son already right? Of course they have to hand you the confirmation letter. It's not like they're going to interview the parents. Maybe the admin staff's confused.

That's why I insist hubby must come along. In case I say sth wrong  if there is really an interview.

Aiya, this admin lady keeps giving me reasons to feel unsafe. 🙏

Hopefully all they want to do is just have tea with the parents, answer any queries you may have, and for those who have other successful DSA confirmations to consider, convince them to go ACS(I). Good luck!

Congratulations! Based on last year's experience, your son will get either a confirmed or waitlist offer. Both types of offers were handed out in the meeting with P last year.

Hi Mandarin, based on past experience, what are the chances of waitlisted boys making it to ACS(I)?

oic, and we thought it is already confirmed. aiya, more suspense now  -waitlist or confirmed?

I remember years ago, I bought 4D based on an inspiration from someone. That night, teletext decided to play a prank, one entry displayed only 3 nos. which tallied to the ticket I had, I kept waiting for the screen to refresh itself. In the end, hubby drove me to the nearest petrol kiosk to buy the wanbao. Not first prize, but the anticipation was like this round too.

If I am not wrong, for last year, the wordings from the admin staff go like this :

                    - For confirmed offer, "your son has been successful…"
                    - For waitlist offer, "your son has been shortlisted…"

I know the suspense, I have been through it last year. And a few of the mothers were comparing the wordings, trying very hard to recall the brief conversation…
