Chocolates Chips for baking - where do you all get yours? I have been using Hershey’s & like it very much but it is rather expensive. Anyone recommendations where to get similar quality type but cost less? Thanks for sharing.

Yes, bought a packet from Phoon Huat but haven't tried yet - product from Germany. The lady managing the store told me that she doesn't think that it isn't as good as Hershey's. So I am looking around .....

Have you tried Van Houten choc chips? Its quite good too, and most importantly, it remains intact when baked. Doesn't melt and smear. 😄

Well, it is basically a tray or plate made of ceramic. You put it in your oven to heat it up then place your pizza on it to bake. That way, you will get a crust that is baked at the bottom as well, instead of one the top turning brown while the bottom is still half cooked. Good for thin crust pizzas
