if me rem correctly... 220 bucks incl 2 adults tic, snacks for adults only (if me rem correctly), kid perform costume bah...

my girl CC asked us in june... but my girl is yet graduate mah... why ask eh? checked w her classmate's mummy... even N2 kids were \"invited\" to take part in the performance... puzzle me leh... and its branches too, @ least another 10 ctr hor.... why graduatation have to involve such a huge no. of kids eh? Not U leh... smore the kids wont \"know\" who are the other ppl leh...

prefer my times.... photo taking with own classmates & Tr only, makan with them only.... @ OWN pl too... why go way to such a luxury pl??? if need to get bigger pl, how about Community Ctr MPH?

me even checked with my 2 sil... their kids' cc no go such high class ones leh... \"sweat\".... or going high class pl will \"up\" their brand eh??

sorry for such grumpy post yah.... my monies dont fall fm sky leh... hard-earned ones... somemore the 220bucks can buy \"need\" stuffs yo....

hello reiner, at my DD's CC the kids are also invited to participate from N2 onwards. We paid less than $100 for 2 adult tickets + her participation including the performing costume which is a dress which she can wear to go out. The DVD costs about $30. Concert held at a primary school concert hall with buffet lunch provided. I think it's a good opportunity for them to learn and perform on stage, train their courage etc. I am looking forward to this year's concert, keep asking her whether she started any practising in school. Your case rather extreme lah, hold at hotel so high class. T he CC also high end one?

CC K2 grad - My cc also only involved K2. But heard that mine would be a super duper ex and elaborated affair! Cant even imagine the cost to that...

I have fren's that their cc involved all levels in the yr end concert. I think it's actually fun and a gd exposure to stage performance. But of cos the price tag to it is not cheap.

not eton, not pat’s yah… the monthly is 550 after govt subsidy, full day childcare yah… med range bah? and we ve 2 kids there… very siong… but its just beside block of us lor… somemore my girl has extra @ ctr - S&D and abacus… additional its has GST hor… so nowadays childcare ctr is working as org, profit orientated… its has abt 10 ctr…


HIGH class?? but we parents are not, we dont have such a BIG head yah… we are working hard to earn for our kids yah… of coz we wld like our kids to have more area of exposures… but every yr, start from N2, is really too much…

hmm homework not really but they are being prep to remb to tell \"parents\" on what to bring to school for ad hoc projects instead of teachers writing a memo for the parents.

This is suppose to help them transit into pri 1 where they have to remb their homework or communications to their parents i think

DD2 has little green bean growing project, fruits day where they bring a fruit and talk about it

Yes, you right. NCPS is not easy to get in. If we cannot get the PV for NCPS, we will most likely have to ballot even though we are within 1 km. PLMGS may be easier for us..

All the best for your DD1 entry to PLMGS. I guess she must be 2012 intake? Which phase are you registering her?

You are a group of ‘onz’ parents yah. PV 40 hrs (or more) must have kept you so busy. My eldest is currently with PHPPS and the younger siblings will just follow.

As for kindy concerts, I have to agree that some kindys have ridiculous rates while others are keeping costs low. To me, anything more than $150 (including costumes, tickets, food whatever) is consider high.

My DS's CC also doing the same. Not writing somethings in his com book but instead depends on the kids to convey the mgs to the parents. Supposely to train them to bring messages home.
