Since this is so.. you should monitor the take-ups within this next few days and place your best bet in either of those abovementioned schools. You would have priority for balloting in the schools if you're <1km.. :nailbite: You will need all the luck you can get. :xedfingers: So all the best yah. :hugs:

:offtopic: This is why i was whining to hubs... govt wants us to have more babies but schools are full house everywhere and this is not top schools we're trying to get into. :stupid:

Oh ok.. so you also dun mind just any neighbourhood schools... 😄

Singapore in general have good schools. It is really the teachers tt
make the difference. We always hope the children get good teachers
that's all. 🙏 Having good teachers will ensure our children are
happy in school and motivated to learn. Part of whether or not our
children can make it big is also our children themselves other than
good teachers to see through their 6 years in school.

Yup, we staying nearby oso. 😉

I dun mind neighbourhood sch, just dunno which school is a wiser choice & best bet since we only got 1 chance & if kena ballot & cannot get, very kan chiong n stressful for us parent to move to phase2c sup.. eventhough actually I can register my boy under phase 2B catholic but all de catholic schools are so far away.. sure will be tiring for my boy.. so decided to register him nearby n hope for the best.. cheers! Gd luck to all parents registering in phase 2c.. the start of primary sch journey for our kids 🙂

Exactly! Just normal school neh, already packed & need to undergo ballot! Since when schooling become soOOooo tough?!!! I don’t even dare to tell my girl we r in th midst of getting her into primary school. So afraid to disappoint her and give her a bad impression that school is rejecting her. It is very sad!!!

Anyway, thank all for the response. Distance is my top priority. Others are least…

The thing is, it was only 3pm (reg started at 2.30) n we were informed that ballot is ON!!!

Got to go temple & pray hard:p!

Wow! Innova is really popular this year! Is it because it’s a single session school? My DD has been bringing back promotional items from Woodgrove to ask parents to register at their school for P2C from her preschool. I think a lot of parents are registering at Innova instead of Woodgrove.
