You can try calling Xinmin and HIPS to check.. but HPS already confirmed balloting for those <1km.

just spoke to one of the HIPS staffs over the phone. confirm need to ballot for those within 1km cos as of now, theres 59 applicants who r within 1km… gd luck n hopefully manage to pick my gal name

HIPS will conduct balloting for within 1km next friday.

The administer told me they had called up the parents who live out of 1 km to withdraw, so that they have time to register in another school tomorrow.
