It's expected. New clusters of flats have appeared in Dover over the last few years. Former Ghim Moh folks have just registered their addresses in the blocks in front of Jumbo (along the MRT track at Commonwealth Ave West), and 2005 babies were the first to enjoy the baby bonuses, right? So probably more kids this year as compared to the last. -
JeFamily:
Baby bonus was in 2004. In fact, a lot of school this yr see an increase in application. Gonna be really competitive this yr.My wife did

True, but for the new Ghim Moh Valley occupants, FFMP was not within their range before, if they were from the older Ghim Moh estate.

As for the decrease, you will see even more movement as the 1-2 km applicants withdraw and the last applicants from within the 1 km range register today. The final number should be less than yesterday?!! -
JeFamily:
Yup, thats for the parents to decide whether to go for balloting or confirm a place at their plan B.
