No mood to fight. Congratulate to those who get Innova.

Hi all KS parents, I am wondering whether go to Innova for balloting or go to Fuchun which seems no balloting needed. Both schools are within 1km for me. Any advice? Is Fuchun good? If fail in balloting of Innova, then have to choose SiLing in Ph2c sup. It’s a tough decision. Any recommendation? Thanks.

          Hi buds,

The promo items were given out at her child care center at Vista Point so it’s very near to Woodgrove. She’s brought home 2 items already, once a pencil and eraser gift pack with a note asking parents to register and another time a brochure promoting the strengths of the school. So far, this is the only school I know that comes up with these items in our area.

I actually like Innova alot but I already PV at Admiralty and also it’s so near my home so I stuck with Admiralty. Innova is btwn 1-2 km from where we live. I thought it will be better if she just walked to school instead of having to take the school bus.

Are your girls in any school in Woodlands yet? If I remember correctly, you moved to Woodlands so you’re trying to get a school here right? Which ones did you choose?

How is Innova’s academic results? Does anyone know? I know their facilities and CCA are good but how about PSLE results? Can’t seem to find them.

Alot of my DD’s child care friends are registering at Innova this year, more so than Woodgrove.

                    Hi Soursop,

Innova will only have their first batch of P6 students taking the PSLE this year end.
These are transferred students from other schools when they first started.

Their official first batch (aka true blue innova student since P1) is in P4 this year.

Oh so I see. Thanks anscla! Which means to say that we won’t know how good the school really is academically until 2 more years. I wish we can have some feedbacks from parents of Innova primary…the good and the bad of course… How’s the quality of the teachers there?

                        Hi Buds,

Here's what I can share, based on what's mentioned in a letter that was sent this week:

40 P6 students sat for the PSLE. Among them, 97.5% passed (national ave is 97.3%) and were assessed as suitable to proceed to sec. school. In terms of course eligibility, 67.5% are eligible for the Express course. (above national ave. of 63.5%).
