While everyone is so stressed out, let’s list down some helping pointers for balloting day why not?

          1) put on your luckiest colour
          2) don’t bring kids, too cruel for them to face it at this young age and to soon to let them see how cruel MOE is!
          3) be kind to each other as we are all on the same boat.

          Any more? Any more?

Ha! Thats what my hubby said too. He said the registration hall is as quiet and the atmosphere as still as the exam hall.
I'm observing SCGS too as the numbers as of yesterday seems too good to be true. >2km also in. Actually the school is our 1st choice. Too bad we stays >2km away. Do you guys think the numbers will surge last min?

I think many parents >2km from SCGS are all monitoring the numbers and calculating their chances. Going by past statistics, this cannot be true. The numbers will definitely surge in the afternoon.

If u are within 1km of HPPS and RGPS,MGS, got chance no need ballot within 1km. If not, best with Tao nan. I gave up st Hilda for the distance. Now hoping for miracle.

Based on this year's statistics, under p2B and within 1km, there is no need to ballot at RGPS. Balloting is required at NYPS, with 31 applicants going for 28 places. Assuming the numbers remain the same, there's still a debate between RGPS and NYPS as the family has a girl and a boy. Should they register at RGPS that year, when it is the boy's turn to register for P1, parents will have to monitor the odds again.
