I am also monitoring KH. We stay within 1km of the school. No wonder when I called up to ask if I could do PV the school told me that they will call me if they need me… Turns out even if do PV there is no gurantee that my DS will ge a place there…

Actually if you look at their past history, all 2B within 1km got in without balloting. Its only this year that is exceptionally and now sure will this be the trend for the next few days since intake will probably increase as years go by. -

Balloting will surely be ON for phase 2C on 5/Aug at 9am. high chance we got to apply leave for those staying within 1KM
