      mummies,

What are the times which your kids spend on the TV? Would they have problem falling asleep if they watch TV before their bedtime?

        sean wife,

i never on TV on weekdays… if on only to see barney/leap frog(the most 45 mins one DVD)… weekends, morning i let DD watch cartoons, then afternon/evening usually is go classes/inlaws house… Sunday also morning watch cartoons. then evening watch Sunday show or nothing.

so far, no problem to to fall sleep after watching TV.

Micollh, you have a chance for direct entry to Tao Nan, y not thinking of moving ur plc there? 😛

Nan Chiau also a close fight tis yr, i have a fren who reg under Phase 2b this yr, lucky she's within 1km, dun nd to ballot, >1km in Phase 2b has to ballot.

Sean wife, usually i let my boys watch either during dinner time or after dinner time before their 'study/revision' time... At times, my boys may also watch TV before their bedtime... but usually right before bedtime is bedtime stories... so at least a little time for them to settle their mind down before sleep

For my kids, when DH is not at home, it's either 1 hr of cartoons (DD1 select one and DS select one) or no TV.

When DH is home, it's 1hr of cartoons for the kids. Then DH will watch his program which the kids are not interested most of the time. Or for documentaries, we will encourage the kids to watch with DH 😂

7th Month not here yet.. you know.. thou is near..

dun scare me ! my col said this year 7th mth is rhe \"fiercest\" garang one..! dun ask me why .. cos i din ask.

                  i know have to option:
                  1. direct entrance to tao nan - but logistic wise a headache
                  2. PV for nan chiau. hopefully get la, at least nearer to home

for the time being, haven decided, but just apply for PV first.

wow.. both are 'hot' school.. direct entrance means 2A2? How far away from home?

                    Why?

I have a fren who moved from woodlands to katong area just 1/2 yr before registering her gal for P1.

Lucky shes a member of FJHG, so she manage to get in Kong Hwa. N also benefits her boy too… Both in P1 & P2 le.

Ya if you opt for NC, i think has to do PV, cos NC oso associated with FJHG. My fren who reg this yr P1 is also in FJHG.
