anyone has recipe to cook soup with white fungus ? thanks

i ususally boil white fungus with chicken, some red dates and wolfberries
            or
white fungus with prok ribs, yu zhu 玉竹 and some red dates....

if u wanna the boil it as a sweet desert, u can
boil white fungus with chinese pear, red dates and rock sugar.......
we luv drinking the water as it is soothing to the throat,
white fungus is good for mositen and clear lungs, also good for chronic cough w/o phelgm.

yes, need to soak with water first....
it will expand to very big in size , so no need to use a lot....
also some are easily soften type while some are more crunchy,
u can ask the medical shop while purchasing it.......
