:? what does it got to do with next yr P1 registration :?
maybe i got it wrong but if i put my twins on one ballot slip and was successful in my application, does it mean my twins is considered as one place or 2 places?
but i can also split up my sextuplets and put them in 6 schools right?
i remember reading an article recently about more women having twins or more via ivf. -
WCW:
The supply situation is tight. Using a estimate projected vacancy of 42,000, we only have a float of 8%. With PRs and foreigner figures, it leaves parents with very little choice but to battle in ballot and thereafter the unsuccessful parents will have to scramble around for alternatives which are also in limited supply.
i know there are quite alot of babies in 2006 but didnt know there are so many... :yikes:i3mum:
To add on a bit of information on the birth rate, for 2006 babies there are 38317 babies, more than the 2005 babies. This figures excludes the PRs & foreigners... but I guess next year registration will be a tough one too.

You may choose either to consider your twins as one applicant or two applicants.
If you choose to consider them as one applicant, you will only have two balloting slips in total. But, once one of the slip is picked, both get in, and they will occupy two places, unless they are the last one to be called, in which case the school will have no choice but to create another place for your other twin. -

thank you.
no twins or more for me, so a bit blur on this. shucks, if i put 6 names on one slip and last one to call out, school needs to create 5 more places

Hello all!
Will be registering DD2 for Primary 1 next year. She will be joining her sister so it will be Phase 1 for me
which school is your DD in?[/quote]NCPS. -

i am also interested to know the answer... what if those popular schl? so they will create extra places?
If U register as 1 slip and if that 1 slip get pick, all 6 will go in.
If u choose to put in 6 names (i.e. 6 slips), only the one that gets picks go in. The rest of the 5 if not pick get left behind.
