Hi, I hv just became SAHM for about 2 mth to care for my dd2 who is 8 mth old. My dd1 is in K2 this yr. Been 6 yrs gap is a great challenge for me to take care of a baby without any helper. Trying very hard to adapt to a new chapter of my life since I hv been working for almost 20yrs.

I really salute those mummies hv more than 2 kids. Lots of relatives esp PIL suggested I shld try for son since I hv 2 girls but I don’t think this will happen.

Hi mummthreestreams, so far both of them are getting along quite ok. My dd1 in fact is looking forward to hv little \"mei mei\" to play with her.

Although my dd1 doesnt feel jealous of her little sister as her time with us is being shared but occasionally will complain tat we didnt spend time with her n instruct her to run errands 4 us (I.e. Taking milk bottle or diaper, etc). She can differentiate the \"treatment\" between my PIL n at hm. She complained that she looked like a maid at hm whereas being treated like a princess at my PIL place.

Do u encounter the same problem n how do u tackle this problem?

                    kiddo!

Its opposite affection.I always wonder how a working mom manage the family and work.I :salute: for all WTWMs!Need more energetic.
As a SAHM, sometimes I feel If I go to work I will be more active. At home so boring and don't want to do anything. After I marry, first few years I so happy to do.After I worked then I stopped then again being SAHM, my kids grown up alredy 9 & 5 I feel boring.

I've 2 girls too. Whenever my mum said I should try for a boy, I will throw this question at her, 'you want to help to babysit?' That's the moment she will cringe and quickly change topic. Worked all the times πŸ˜†

My mil didn't even suggest at all. Because she opted to help babysit bil's kids so she dare not suggest to me to have another. She already forsee my question :rotflmao:
