Son was sobbing yesterday. He told me he used his pocket money to buy a pack of biscuits for his sister as her birthday present this Saturday. But when he walked away to put his school bag and get ready for his wushu, his classmate ate all the biscuits and challenged him. Said that my son gave him permission to eat all the biscuits.

Did u tell ur boy to report to the teacher?

I'm just wondering who this notti boy in class is cos though our boys are in the same class, till now - I don't really hear 'complains' abt the other boys from ds. Wondering if it could be a misunderstanding?

I told my son to tell his teacher but he refused. Told me this boy was also frequently scolded by the teachers. I said to give the boy a chance and I will inform teacher if he is still like this. Then he said he will not give the boy a second chance cos in this world there is no second chance.

i am happy that my son got into Maris. any idea why they reduce intake tis year for p1 2012?

how is the catered food now? still got problem?

Guess the school are reducing the number of students per class. To me, the catered food is not appetitizing, most of the time, the boys did not finish the food.

I've seen the catered food. You won't believe the kind of portion at times.

Fruit : 1/8 of an orange or 3 grapes! They may be kids but certainly not hamsters! Why the tiny ration?

                  Hi Mummys & daddys,

My boys came home today and told me that a boy from 3H just passed away from high fever complication. Anyone knows if its true or the school boys rumour mongering ?
sadly, it's true. My friend is a teacher there and even they could not hold back their tears when the boy gave up the fight. It was just a span of 2 months from the time he came back from June hols trip, contracting pneumonia and passing away.

It's true, both my boys (P1 & P5) told me that too. It was announced during the morning assembly, my younger boy told me it was due to terminal illness :? (didn't confirm with my older boy). Anyway, it's really very sad to hear that.

                    Hi 2D mommy,
                    Thank you for the verification.
                    Yes,its very heartbreaking 😒
May his soul rest in peace and May God give his parents and family the strength to carry on .......

My son is in P1, he often comes home with bruises. He told me his classmates and those slightly older boys often pushed & kicked him, Just 2 days ago, he was pushed down from the 'balancing bar' , knocked his chest and suffered bruised and swollen shin.
My friends with sons in this school kept reminding me that this is the environment in a boys school, let him toughen up.... nevertheless, mummy feels heartache πŸ˜“
