Another neighbour will bring his dog to pee at the lift landing area's side walls without fail. There is now a permanent mark showing the 'stream's path' even after it dries...
Use phone camera, lay ambush.. and capture the act.
Then post on STOMP.. write a lengthy essay.
Write email to NEA, TC, HDB etc.. Attach the link to STOMP.
To take it further, write letter to ST. Include the link to STOMP. -

You can stick a cushioning material to the bottom of the leg so the chair doesn't make a loud sound when it's dragged on the floor. You can buy them from DIY stores.
Will get it if come across.. -

Tables and chairs wear socks to:
1. protect legs from getting dirty
2. keep \"feet\" warm
3. for decoration
4. to be unique from others
5. as a fashion statement

I dun understand why my neighbour must come outside my house n smoke. Although I occasionally smoke outside my own house but that doesn't mean outside my hse is the smoker corner. Btw there is a big area outside his house that he can smoke.
I always maintains good relationship with my neighbour , how should I go abt telling him n still maintain the relationship :?
