Another neighbour will bring his dog to pee at the lift landing area's side walls without fail. There is now a permanent mark showing the 'stream's path' even after it dries...
If you want to take matter into your own hands.. there's a suggestion.

Use phone camera, lay ambush.. and capture the act.

Then post on STOMP.. write a lengthy essay.

Write email to NEA, TC, HDB etc.. Attach the link to STOMP.

To take it further, write letter to ST. Include the link to STOMP.

You can stick a cushioning material to the bottom of the leg so the chair doesn't make a loud sound when it's dragged on the floor. You can buy them from DIY stores.
Have not came across suitable one.... preferable water proof type..

Will get it if come across..

to protect the legs of tables, chairs and to prevent it from making too much noise when you move them.

Tables and chairs wear socks to:

                      1. protect legs from getting dirty
                      2. keep \"feet\" warm
                      3. for decoration
                      4. to be unique from others
                      5. as a fashion statement

I dun understand why my neighbour must come outside my house n smoke. Although I occasionally smoke outside my own house but that doesn't mean outside my hse is the smoker corner. Btw there is a big area outside his house that he can smoke.

I always maintains good relationship with my neighbour , how should I go abt telling him n still maintain the relationship :?
