2. keep \"feet\" warm
3. for decoration
4. to be unique from others
5. as a fashion statement

I dun understand why my neighbour must come outside my house n smoke. Although I occasionally smoke outside my own house but that doesn't mean outside my hse is the smoker corner. Btw there is a big area outside his house that he can smoke.

I always maintains good relationship with my neighbour , how should I go abt telling him n still maintain the relationship :?

then he would start telling you how miserable he is at home, his wife doesnt understand him etc................
