Actually best way to consume is neat. Dont mix in water. Just one tablespoon a day. And try to use ceramic spoon cos i heard metal spoon has dunno what negative positive dunno what la. Upsets the ions or balance of ph or something like that... Ermm... Do i mk sense? :scratchhead:

I also heard about the type of spoon thingy.. apply to medicine as well..
