Hi jtoh! Din had sufficient time to talk to the teacher in charge so aren’t clear abt their system/format yet. Maybe check out again next week. I’ve heard their resident trainer Mrs Skipp is good but she doesn’t seem to be taking all the classes. The trainer taking pre pri now is ms Tan. Ever heard abt her?

Mrs Skipp is very experienced. I'm not familiar with Ms Tan but I believe Mrs Skipp would make sure that all the classes are conducted to a certain standard. -
Hi,
Anyone had feedback about Crestar ballet classes at Jurong East? I had called NAFA regarding their ballet classes, they told me they RAD exams too, but the intake will only be next Jan.
Is NAFA ballet good? I m considering since my DDs are having art lessons there. -
Hi,
DD is joining her school’s chinese dance CCA & the teacher required her to get a pair of dancing shoes. Any advice?
TIA. -
What kind of dance shoes? Soft soles? There’s a dance shop in Golden Landmark which carries them.

Tough choice. Torn between sending DD to a
Class she seems to like very much in CC vs SBA which is known to be good for foundation building. Any thoughts? -
Can anyone advise on where to get ballet stockings? Thanks!

Penghu:
Personally, I would want to go for a class I enjoy. Of course, foundation is very important, but I assume the CC teacher shouldn't be too shabby either. However, I do think that if you send her to a class which she does not enjoy (I'm not sure what the degree of enjoyment is here) then she might lose interest in ballet totally. So it probably depends on what she wants (or what you want for her). To groom her into a professional ballet dancer or inculcate a love for dance in her. Word of caution though, my friend was asked to go down one grade when she transferred from CC to SBA after 4 years.Tough choice. Torn between sending DD to a
