Im newbie here. Would like to hear from some feedback of this school.
Planning to put my kid in this school. Thanks alot.

Can I know how is Rivervale Primary School in terms of teachers, academic results, environment, ECA etc ?

I am thinking to register my gal to next year P1 and want to know if this is a good school in SK area and to understand why is it so popular in SK ??

Any comments or feedback esp. from parents with kids in this same school ?

Frankly speaking, sengkang does not have branded schools like Nanyang Pri or Tao Nan. The most popular and best in sengkang is Nan Chiau Pri. But you have to stay within 1 km to ballot under 2B or 2C. If you are staying in rivervale, the better ones are Rivervale Pri and Compassvale Pri. They are also popular. Can consider North Vista if you did not want to go through the balloting.

those within 1km will be considered 1st, you may want to call the N Vista on 12 Aug, 10am and check how many left. if > than 9 within 1km, u can forget it. wish u gd luck.

2nd plan is to get SK Primary. My thought is SK Primary is still better than N Spring Primary.

u still have 3rd plan ( painful but worth trying) - if u die die must have RV Primary.

Come Monday go RV Primary and tell them u want to transfer ur Child and want to be in the Q. Fill the form and submit, so u will be 1st in the Q. I don't know how many Parent already Q but I think most parent whom didnt get a place are thinking where else to put their kids than thinking of this approach.

Come 12 August u can register to the sch nearest to you - doesn't matter Spring or Vista or SK now...cuz u have in mind u want to transfer. My thought is Primary 1 still can transfer, but not Primary 3 onwards.. Also Text bk buy half year can liao - they may not be using same text book anyway... Till now i still duno why Pri Sch not using same Text BKs.

DS was successful in securing a place in Rivervale Primary… any other parents got a place for their kids???
