If there is a good promo now, u might want to book now.. its very hard to say whether there is any promo again.

depends on your luck - after booking your itinerary can disappear or passenger info keyed in lost, or if you are regular user, you find your redemption nominee info missing, or after booking your flight using your KF account, the system prompts you that you do not have frequent flyer info on file.....what a joke

after almost 3 months, the system still cannot do open-jaw booking which previously was okay

like I told the SQ manager, why reinvent the wheel when it is just redecoration of the website they wanted to achieve ?...by the way, another joke is that I chose my title as 'King' and they did respond to me as your majesty King XXX ......

They had another apology letter on ST today - hopeless !! what is the point of apologising when they still cannot resolve existing problems after more than 2 months ...... any of us would have fired the IT guy already

buy insurance cannot prevent kids from falling sick right ?

better to bring some standby medication for the usual stuff (fever, flu etc), go see your family doc or pd who will able to advise what to bring .....

if your trip is 100% confirmed and 10% no change will happen, then book hotel early will get you better rates

HK hotels are well known for the sea-food pricing strategy

we cannot predict if our kids will be falling sick near the trip. eg for me, my girl is having runny nose now and I have been telling her to drink lotsa water.. any trip is like that.. if we afraid of this then forever we cant travel liao

Ya, I have booked my hotel during end june and i am going this end aug. Early book has better rates. U can check the rates like 2-3days see if there is any difference.

As for DL hotel, all year round fixed rate :sad: but they do have promo of booking 30days in advance but its limited rooms. I didnt get the promo in time too even though its more than 30days.

If u r really want to go, then its better to book the DL hotel.. more worth it lor.
