If you are referring to PRC student, then I would say their EL are also very strong as I have observed from DD 's class. -

what i heard is cannot go out after 8pm… if need to… must hv sharp object on ur body, like saftety pin or needle, etc… then also cannot go swimming, both swimming pool & beach…
