I just browsed through the MOE website and note that there are schools with very low registration even at Phase 2 CS stage.
For example Da Qiao Primary in AMK - has 180 vacancies but todate only 68 students have registered. Meaning there would be close to 120 vacancies.
Would these be filled up by foreigners? or wll the school only have 68 students?
and why is the enrollment so low? Not that many kids to go to school?
Just curious.

supposely school that not a choice one be it because of distance
from home or not choice will have low enrolment .
yearly if there are more school then enrolment due to
watever reason , some school may actually have less
student, I am not sure maybe over time there might be
merger for school with low student numbers to maximise
school resources ?? -
