        Hi Carmen21,

Am sure your child also has been piled with practise papers by the school?

You can print a few set from free website from the forum to let your dd practise?

        Cheers,
        Lenny

I think is still ok to do some 2010 prelim papers now or select some specifc section to focus on.

BTW, You can print from the following link:

There is never too late as long as the exams are not over yet. Every mark matters in PSLE. šŸ™‚

I still remember the prelim paper for 2010 was availale for sales during early Sept last year.

Seems like parent will always aim for Maths papers then follow by Sciecne papers.

hi, i hv a question to ask, dunno if this is the right subject …I understand posting results of school is usu released around 22 Dec and then the next day will be orientation day, anyone has any idea if we wish to make an appeal to a change of sec school, when will it take place ? Also, will our child be typically called up for tests or interviews after that? Thanks v much to anyone with good advice.

Different schools have different practices and some will reflect the dates of appeals on their websites. But generally, you should go make your appeals immediately after you get your posting results.

thanks ! I am just making plans in advance as my family and I may be away from Christmas Day and I am afraid in case DD didnt get into school that she wants and is only a point or 2 away then we may try an appeal. Any idea RGS' practice when it comes to appeal? (PS/ saw you on DSA thread, i was there too for a while until DD was eliminated after round 2)...Thanks v much !

But I'm sure this will spur her to do her best at PSLE and get into her dream school that way. šŸ™‚ I know RGS posts their appeal process on their website. I don't know the details but maybe you can check the website around the time the results are released? Good luck and I hope your dd gets into RGS based on her results. šŸ™‚

Thanks for your reply and encouragement, the sliver lining in the rejection from RGS has spurred my daughter to be more focused and hardworking, she is working hard and hopes to go to RGS with her PSLE scores. I told her that I am very pleased with how she coped with the rejection and as long as she tries her best even if she didnt get into RGS, she should have no regrets šŸ™‚ BTW congrats and all the best to your DD too jtoh!
