i believe there is no specific groupings yet for P1. when it comes to P2, pupils are set to individual class according to their academic performance in P1. Classes like Respect, Humility will be the so-called best classes, with Diligence being at the lowest. There is no formal announcement to this though, just informal information from students.

Parents who have registered at ZPS for Phase 2C Supp and staying within 1km, there will be ballot on Tue, 16 Aug at 8.30am. Apparently, 68 who registered are within 1km.

Where did u get the no. 68 from? MOE website shows 71 children registered as of 11/8 and i 'm one of them. When i did the registration yesterday, the staff told me tat they onli register children within 1km. Those out of 1km they will reject. After i registered my child in ZHPS, i went to WVPS and asked the staff how many children they had registered. They were beating round the bush and did not give me the figure…

ZPS is 41 oversubscribed. Was told that 1-2km will not have the chance to even ballot. Good luck to those who are in the ballot. I know it is painful to be ballot out 2 times. But the school is very popular in 2C supp.


West View is only opening 8 classes in 2012 and with today registration, can only open 5 classes. There is no point for the school to conceal the registration nos. It will be published. West View has been suffering from poor registration for a number of years in phase 2C and I heard that they don’t fill up even till the very end of the registration. So don’t worry. Sure got place.

There are no school is lousy. :mad:
Is just unpopular only.
All school had its own strength and weakness.
Maybe those staying at Bt panjang would prefer school as below:
1) BPPS
2) Beacon PS
3) Greenridge PS
4) CHIJ
5) ZHPS
6) Westview PS
