yes, this really helps too.

but sometimes no choice cos got no one to watch bb for me. so maybe SAhm tan also same case?

but i do bundle her up, either sling her or put in stroller and just go out, cos sometimes walled up at home can really :frustrated:

my period returned recently, when dd was 17mth. it seems like cos it had been more than 2 yrs since i had any period (since preggy plus bfg added up), the body must like make up for all the happy months without PMS and periods...

before it returned the PMS was especially bad, like i was moody for 2 weeks and thought i was going :siao: , then had cramps and headaches... then it came!

i was quite relieved cos by that time i thought i had some physical illness. perhaps it's about time for you too??
