tahan abit.. apply salt.. the most effective way.. if not xi gua shuang.. but slower..

cannot.. both methods u mentioned not effective for me.. apparently.. it is a genetic ting.. as mentioned by doc.. coz mum n elder sis also has more of such ulcers during this age range.. :slapshead: i duno wat logic lah.. but i m less prone coz i drink a lot of water.. but take not enuff tomatoes.. heh..

so wat i do it.. brush teeth, listerine den put bongela..
