For my case, no choice but hv to cook dinner for my hb n dd1. Although my culinary skills r not as gd as my mum n MIL but edible.
My hb n dd1 prefer home cooked food. Even though it is quite a hassle to think wat to cook n facing pile of dirty dishes daily but at least it is healthier n more nutritious compared to outside foods. Moreover, both my hb n dd1 r qite fussy abt food.
However I am in better situation now as SAHM than Previously FTWM. I hv more time to prepare food. Previously, I needed to rush back hm fr wk to cook after fetching my dd1 n 2.

Whenever I seek my DH help.He said hire a maid then u can study and go gym.I don't want maid in my life.If I go to work also I don't want maid.I had a bad experience with maid.I am happy with my work if my DH give a hand.If he free also he just lazy to do chores.
likewise, dh has been asking me to get a maid. but kids and i are against it cos it feels so good not to have an outsider at home.
but cooking is a major problem................ -
Consider tingkat delivery, eat out, buy back, eat at in-laws or parents' places. Just a few suggestions.

Yes agreed. This is why I don't cook deep-frying stuff. Either steam, pan-fry or using conventional oven. If we wanted to eat deep-frying stuff, normally we will buy from outside. As such, it won't really mess up my kitchen n i won't hv hard time to clean it.

good for you that cooking is not a problem, dear. maybe you should look at getting a dishwasher. and remember to apply lots and lots of cream on hands. :snuggles:
