Hi to all JWP Mummies, There is no balloting this year for JWP, thank God, managed to get my daughter in without much anxiety. Any parents here has registered yr child in either Whispering Heart SC or YMCA SC, comparing the 2 which is better? I am now in dilemma, understand that Whispering Heart is a charity organization, there are higher percentage of children coming from needy families attending this SC, does this post any concern to anyone attend WHSC? I remember reading somewhere where they engage student from secondary school to guide the kids with homework for backing up the teachers who are absent, is it true? Anyone has feedback on YMCA SC, is it good? Any kind souls care to provide me with some constructive feedback.

          Hi SAHM2KIDS

Do you know what time the kids dismissed (for afternoon session), the website indicated 6pm but will they need to sing national anthem? As I only can rush back daily at 6:30pm, I am a FTWM and don’t trust to leave my 2 daughters with a maid a home.

            Hi Pink.Piano,

Afternoon session dismissed at 6pm. They need to sing national anthem if the wheather permits otherwise P1 kids will wait for their parents/maid/grandparents in their respective classrooms. 🙂

                  Hi Pink.Piano,

The teacher will escort the pupil to the gate after 6pm according to the class order (usually in alphabetic order). Which means 'A' class will come out first at around 6:05pm and the last class probably by 6:20pm the latest.

PS : You are most welcome. 🙂

Dont worry, JWPS is building an in-house student care service by mid-2012

Thanks for your reply but when I called up the school last week, they told me that the in-house student care will not be available so soon…
