actually I took a sleeping pill from doctor and paying a price coz it is taking a while to wear off :faint:

been too paranoid to sleep due to over active imagination... :siao:

Kiss, i heard that orange juice can wear off medicine effect… perhaps you wana try it… do rmb… u shld hav at least 8-10hrs of slp if you take sleeping pills…
