True. Like my friend once told me \"What's the big deal about them?\"...why are people obsessed with which school the so-called celebrities' kids are in ?
why the 'fetish' with them ? -
Happy Mama:

I wonder did NYPS tell her that there is practically no hope for >2km balloting under 2B when she signed up for volunteer.
They couldn't.

I agree...
Honestly, I think it's splitting hairs to compare which schools have produced the top PSLE student. It's just the one student. That student may be exceptionally bright with a lot of support from his parents/tuition centre etc. His achievements may not be all attributable to the school. Also, it's not that many points that separate the top student from the top 10-20 students identified by MOE.phtthp:
though HPPS is GEP school, but has not produced Top student so far in past few years.
same goes for - ACS, Catholic high, Nan Hua, Tao Nan GEP schools.
so far, the GEP schools that had produced Top students are Rosyth, St Hilda, Nanyang and RGPS.
To me, any of the top 20 kids could have been the TOP student.....the very TOP student in PSLE is usually a lucky play, right time, right place, right marker....etc.... -

My cousin’s daughter was from Nanyang Primary. Doesn’t seem that difficult to get in.
