there is NO foolproof way to effectively & comprehensively block out unhealthy contents.
best is still educate our children what is right, what is wrong and what is grey. -
Do they educate such thing to student in Primary or secondary school? I envy my parents, they don't have such headaches when I was young. Porno is such a rare commodity. I think even my father might have problem getting one (that is if he ever want one). Nowaday, children have it just a click away......

those software are not totally effective; ie can be bypass.
