Very often these poly grads can adapt better to the rigours of university life compared to their Jc peers, from what I noticed from some ex students.

Top ten dating don'ts
I am pretty amused by the appearance of this article in KPF. Is it supposed to be something that we tell our teenage kids?
I try to leave myself out of my kids’s dating affairs and I wonder if it is the same here. Well, unless I need to fight fire then I tend to get involved. -
RE: Travel to Singapore and Enrichment Classes
Hi fellow UK parent!
I think that many enrichments classes here would probably not be unique to Singapore as they can also be found in UK. My personal recommendation is that in the UK they have less resources on the hard maths and sciences skills. I find that in Singapore the centres providing such classes are better than in UK so you might want to look into that. -
RE: How to work with shy children
But usually when these kids reach teenage years, they tend to change after some dramatic incidents that affect their lives. Well, I am one example and I was once afflicted with that very ‘illness’ that you mentioned.

RE: How to turn kids be more sociable?
My nephew used to be like that too when he was about 4 and I found out that it was because he was really shy and did not like to interact with others because he was afraid of offending others. More like a fear of looking bad and you are right, lacking confidence can be a reason.
What we did was to do it one step at a time. His parents and relatives had to coax him to open himself up more and it starts at home! Just interact with him/her more, including using touch like hugging, shaking hands etc…
And kids are 3 will hardly be bossy or aloof. -
RE: Head Lice in Kids
My DS used to have headlice too. And that was during winter!
During that time, I found that using heat treatment on his hair and scalp worked. Perhaps the headlice over in the north are different from the tropical ones. -
RE: No to Maximum Fare
