it depends on what type of cold you are having
if heaty cold (forgot is it green or yellow mucus) , cannot drink martell
if liang cold, martell will help
something to balance the yin yang
if heaty cold then drink martell, will worsen
my ex in laws are so into these self healing or TCM things
just don’t take oranges when you are having a cold, it creates more mucus -

Morning Everyone! Sunday as usual it is enrichment day, overheard a parent asking the principal if the teachers are native from China and the answer?
Yes, 100% of them. On a separate note, Singaporean Mandarin Teachers doesnt like to work weekends so it is quite hard to hire. -
My kid’s kindy MT teacher is also from China. Their Chinese enrichment centre’s boss is from China, so all the teachers are from China too.
