martell warms the body

it depends on what type of cold you are having
if heaty cold (forgot is it green or yellow mucus) , cannot drink martell
if liang cold, martell will help
something to balance the yin yang
if heaty cold then drink martell, will worsen
my ex in laws are so into these self healing or TCM things

just don’t take oranges when you are having a cold, it creates more mucus
