Random Acts of Kindness - Time to feel GOOD

Many many years ago, my mum was approached by some sec sch kids for exchange of 20cent coins to 10cent coins so as to make public phone call. The moment my mum took out her wallet, the kids snatched it and ran away!!! :shock: :yikes: From then on, I get very scared if strangers wanna borrow money from me.

I once met a guy who held the door for me when I was approaching the entrance to a shopping mall. I was carrying my baby in one arm and holding the hand of my other child with my other hand. The funny part was the door was an automatic door!!!
Still it was very very nice of him! -
when DS was still a toddler, we used to take joy-ride on the MRT in the evenings.
We often met kind people who offered to give up their seats to us.

I gave coins for to make call from public booth.
I gave $2.80 for MRT ride.I don't know, I cheated by them or not.But from my POV,I helped them in an emergency situation.
My son asked me u gave money for free.I explained to him that we need to help people then if we needed help then people will help us.
Now in MRT, increased the kindness level.More people stood up and gave their place. :please:
Blind people knocked the door and asked for buy something from them.Then I bought.My DH said that some people behind of them are cheating. -

When shopping for groceries, it is often hard to open swing doors when pushing a heavy trolley. Once in a while, people will hold the door for me. It always makes me happy.

One Saturday at UNited SQuare , I was chatting away at the phone,
at the food court ,a teen boy interrupted and ask me
for $5 saying he need to buy a meal, without thinking, I fish out $5
and pass it to him. At that point ,i realised there is a few eyes staring at me,
I was thinking if I done something silly, so be it , the boy really look like
he need money. ( the teen does look a little not 'normal').All the time I was chatting at the phone. The boy disappear away from my view.
Then 10 min later , the boy came back , carrying with him a tray with
chicken rice, he approach me and say \"ThankYou\".
You can imagine my facial expression :scared: I hesitate and gave him a smile.
I was pleasantly happy, that a unthinking $5 does
gave a hungry child a meal and he remember to return that deed.
I never forgot the whole episode and it does warm the heart at the
most appropriate time :love: -
