science ah.. i noe in kiddy they learning tat now.. like they will bake, prepare lime juice etc.. c how flour n water mix etc.. but at hm.. means more baking? part of science right?

yup, baking is part of science. Involve heat, changes of state, why can rise lah, etc.......

I'm consolidating resources but will take time to DYI the stuff, so in the meantime will outsource.
