B. Taipei Train > TaiJung Station (Exit #5, Platform 3) Nantou passenger service direct connection to 青境 farm. 8:20, 12:20 松崗 Station.

C. Taipei Train > TaiJung Station transfer to Nantou passenger service > 埔里(Change Train)> 清境
埔里to清境 takes about 90min. Schedules as follow:
6:00am, 7:00am, 8:35am, 9:40am, 10:20am, 1:40pm, 2pm, 4:35pm

The quotes I got from various drivers for day trip to Jiufen, Shifen, Yeliu day trip range from NT3000 to NT5000.

Btw, anyone knows how much is the average cost for taxi for 1 day tour? I need one driver for Cingjing - Hualian sector and another one for Jiufen, Keelung, etc.

Anyone can share the procedure of booking nantou bus from Taichung? How and where do you pre-book? How much will the bus fare cost from Taichung - Nantou for 2 adult & 2 children? Will it be more worth to hire a pte cab from Taichung to Cingjing or take a bus?

Any recommended places to visit if say staying in Taipei for 3 nite? Notice that on package tour the places are not really very suitable for kids.

Shilin night market is NOT recommended for families with young children on Fridays and Saturdays. Super Super Packed. I do not know how’s the crowd situation on other days of the week.

野柳 (This one go there just see stones & a Ocean Park?) Maybe would give it a miss since we would be visiting Ocean Park in HK.

九份 (This one seem interesting but wonder the children would be bored yeah)
