Can rec any?? Went to check out Kitchen Aid brand but the price is on the high side .....

Yup, am using a Philips. Cheap and good. Gets the job done.

Was tempted to get the Kitchen Aid but in the end found it too big and too ex.

Thanks for the compliment....not pro lah.....simply put pandan dough over plain dough and roll it up....u can do it too

Hi Micollh, thanks for the link...it gives me an idea what to bake for my niece bday..a castle cake! You can try the butter cream icing or simply use whipped non-dairy cream but the later \"melts\" easily.
