Sure. Why not? When my dd was in P6, we went off for a holiday during the September holidays with a few friends whose kids were also in P6. The few days they spent away from books and revision recharged their energy and they were ready to face PSLE when school started.Funx3:
Any Daring PArents Planning for Break in the Sep Hols for your P6 kids?

I guess different kids react differently to taking breaks after prelim. For my case, if ds goes for a holiday after during sept hols, chances are he will lose his momentum and finds it hard to pick up again for the final leg. -

Leanne, Brenda & Funx3,
For Sep hols, DS sch will be having some supp classes. Not sure of dates yet as waiting for notification. So probably will not go overseas. Will relax by going for meals or movie.
Emelyn,
I'll join in at the 2016 PSLE
Most probably will see you at the PSLE thread by then
