Hi Brenda,
Yes, all up to them in the exam, how they peformed.Language cannot build overnight.I know few ds classmates are doing the last min memorsing work.I did that before but not fruitful cos everything never come out...so I would rather let ds to have a clear mind to go in and do his paper today.
cheers,
Leanne
Hi Leanne,
I think the last minutes memorising is difficult and stress.
Same here, I would prefer her go with relax and clear mind to do the paper today.
BTW, I think memorize own compo. will be much easier and if this happen come out under å½é¢ compo. then that will be wonderful!!!

Hi All,
With the PSLE results, does anyone know what sort of marks are classified under A*/A/B/C... ??
Sorry, hope i am making sense here.
Just preparing myself...hahahaha...my ds MT is really not that good...so wondering if it will be a 'B' or maybe even a \"C\"
Some ideas on the score/grading system from the experts here will be much appreciated!
:thankyou: -

Based on what my older two went thru, about 40% of the cohort gets A and A* for English, Math and Science. For Chinese, about 80% of cohort gets A or A*. Ultimately it is the actual T score for each subject that counts. -

But i was wondering what could possibly be the range of marks for these grades. read in another thread that A* = 91 and above. If thats true....my son chinese will bound to be no more than a \"B\" i think. -

A* - 91 and Above
A - 75 to 90
B - 65 to 74
So there's a Large Range of Marks that can Qualify as A ....

DD also said one of the MCQ was quite confusing with two possible answers and they all busy discussing which one was the correct answer after the exam!
As for today, think may be go for a nice lunch and watch a good show! :boogie: -
