I just asked him to stop otherwise its like go round and round and never stop,waste of time.I told him cannot argue with parents.he said I canβt reply to ur qn.one day he said "I am a living thing and I can respond to changes".That time he was studying about living thing. -

during their Primary years, they Will just Listen Quiet-ly to what I Say ....
But Upon My Finish Talking, they Will Just As \"Polite-ly\" Resume what they Were Doing B4 ....

I hv heard this for more than 10 times daily. Asked my dd1 to take shower after her ccc, she replied WAIT. Asked her to do homework, WAIT is her reply.. Asked her to eat dinner, WAIT again... Asked her to brush her teeth, WAIT....

When I ask DD to eat she say 'wait'... I will tell her I got no time to wait ( coz I need to wash up after she finish eating)
Reason y she need to wait for me n I cannot wait for her is because I am busier than her

I dread the stage when they kept asking 'WHY' ? There is no end of WHYS...after giving them an answer, you know what they will ask next :nailbite: My son at 11 years old is still capable of telling me 'not fair'...why ε¦Ήε¦Ή can have it and I can't :faint:
Hubby worked from home yesterday...I 'gave him' a rare opportunity of facing kids' endless quarrels and whining. By dinner time, I told him that's the reason why I'm too tired to talk by the end of the day...my voice box needs a break. -

Not So Much On Tips, but they have Figured out that the Sooner Mum and Dad Vent out their Frustration, the Faster they Can Continue their Gaming, etc ....
And The Fastest Way is to Keep Quiet, and Don't Talk Back ....
Actually just Like Phankao mentioned, our Kids do listen to us and take our advice ....
